Embed database UI to Cloud Console

When EventStoreDB gets the new user interface, which can be hosted on a side, it will be good to embed that UI to ES Cloud console. It will allow users to interact with the database without having a direct connection with the database, and without leaving the cloud web UI environment.

The new ESDB UI being available directly in the cloud console would also allow early exposure of new ESDB features without additional development of the cloud environment.
