Ability to access node logs

There are times that we miss our ability to read EventStoreDB logs compared to when we self-deployed it. It is often very helpful in pinpointing the sources of issues.

We appreciate the support we receive from Event Store Cloud team and their responsiveness, but we would also like to be self-sufficient when investigating.
